You can only cancel your order 24 hours before the delivery date, upon request, the return will be reflected from 5 to 8 business days to the same payment method you have chosen. Once your order is being prepared, that is, less than 24 hours before the delivery date, cancellations will not be accepted.  In this case, the amount paid will be taken into account as a credit for your next purchase, on the date, time and address you choose.
